DCU's criminal disciplinary statute

1 the new, illegal disciplinary procedure

2. The barrister's verdict of the old one, thrown out of court at great expense to the Irish taxpayer

Please note that the new one repeats the attempt in the old one to restrict tenure to 3 month's notice, a provision rejected at the High court. It is difficult to see this aas anything other than an attempt to rehear the Cahill case, even if it costs the state many millions;
